The crunchy standardized Arabic pie with its homemade stuffing of cooked Kashta, Fresh ground walnuts and almonds, and mixed with aromatic rose water are the workers’ everyday breakfast thanks to the high energy provided for everyday’s duties. Katayef is served to customers during fall/winter season, and mainly to celebrate Saint Barbara feast and Baptism feast.

N.B: Raw Katayef are always available upon request for freshness reasons.
